Monday, former Pittsburgh Steelers linebacker Arthur Moats announced his retirement via Twitter. The nine-year veteran was originally drafted by the Buffalo Bills in 2010, and ends his career with 228 total tackles, 16.5 sacks, and four forced fumbles.
