Pittsburgh Steelers receiver Diontae Johnson appears to have a new tattoo honoring his fallen Steelers teammate Dwayne Haskins. Haskins was tragically killed a week ago in Florida.
Johnson didn't make any type of public announcement, but recent photos show that he now has a very similar '007' tattoo on his thumb area that wasn't their prior to Haskins' death. Haskins wore #7 with the Ohio State Buckeyes, and while he was with Washington before joining the Steelers. In Pittsburgh #7 wasn't available because it was Ben Roethlisberger's number. It's unclear whether his jersey number was the specific reason for the '007' tattoo, or if it had a different meaning.

After the tragic accident Johnson wrote this on Haskins' Instagram.
“I love you bra! You had so much ahead of you! Watch over me family…”
Johnson has been a big supporter of Haskins' going back to last off-season when he spoke highly of him during mini camp. When speaking to the media last year Johnson says Haskins’ work ethic stood out in minicamp with how hard he’s throwing and how many questions he’s been asking.
“I just see it in him. He’s hungry," Johnson said. "He wants to play.”
Ohio State Pays Tribute
On Saturday at the Ohio State football spring game, the team along with quarterback CJ Stroud honored Haskins in many ways.
