Skipper impressed during training camp with his size and made an impact in a few preseason games. He made the Steelers initial 53 man roster but was later released during week 1.
Skipper was recently released by the Tennessee Titans. He spent last season on their practice squad after starting two games for the Titans in 2020. In 2019 he had two different stints with the Steelers after being released, signing with the New York Giants, and then coming back to Pittsburgh.
