Wednesday, Najee Harris turns 24 years old. We here at SteelerNation.com want to wish him the happiest of birthdays and take this time to show our appreciation for the Pittsburgh Steelers' Pro Bowl running back.
Harris was of course drafted last season by the Steelers out of Alabama. Harris burst onto the scene for the Steelers rushing for 1200 yards, and 7 touchdowns. He was selected as a Pro Bowl alternate before ultimately being selected to play after Joe Mixon made it to the Super Bowl.
Harris helped make sure that Ben Roethlisberger had a chance to have success in his final season as a Steeler. Harris rushed for 188 yards in Roethlisberger's final game at Heinz Field, helping the Steelers inch closer to the playoffs and make sure Roethlisberger's legacy ended with a win at home.
