The Pittsburgh Steelers and the entire NFL enter the legal tampering period on Monday, March 13th at noon EST. The window for tampering closes on Wednesday, March 15th at 4 pm EST. During the tampering window, teams, players, and/or their agents can begin to hammer out deals for the 2023 season.

The deals cannot be inked until the free agency window officially opens on Wednesday the 15th at 4 pm. However, it allows all stakeholders to create handshake deals with one another and begin to feel out who will stay and who will go, and how much it will cost.
