"Who's the most underrated player that you've played with that deserves more love?"
Brown's response is quick and a player he shared a lot of memories with:
"Big Ben," Brown answered referring to Ben Roethlisberger.

When Brown first decided to leave the team in 2018, there was supposed turmoil in the organization between Brown and Hall of Fame quarterback, Ben Roethlisberger. Some have called Roethlisberger selfish in the past, but Brown said there was a disconnect with his teammate and felt that there was no respect from his quarterback for him.

Brown and Roethlisberger played together for eight seasons and had one of the best connections of all time during that time. In that stretch, Brown led the NFL over multiple seasons in receptions, and yards, and was tied for second in touchdowns. Multiple comparisons to other great wide receivers like Randy Moss and Calvin Johnson have been made, because that's how special these two were together. Brown and Roethlisberger played on great teams, but ultimately never got the Super Bowl championship that they deserved together.

These two teammates have come around on each other since Brown departed from Pittsburgh, he and Roethlisberger have said kind things to each other in the media. Ben had high praise for Brown and the other players he played with. Brown even congratulates Roethlisberger on the end of his career after his last game against the Cleveland Browns. These two players have always been intertwined with each other, and when Brown left to play with another Hall of Fame quarterback in Tom Brady, that was nowhere near the end of their story.
Brown has had some off-the-field problems, and nobody knows what is next for this ex-great. Roethlisberger has a new podcast and has even made some headlines himself more recently about Baltimore Ravens quarterback, Lamar Jackson. At the end of the day, it seems to be boiling down to all love between the two players. Brown said that he deserves more love for the time they spent together and has even mentioned before he had no idea how good he had it in Pittsburgh. Who knows, maybe they will sit down on Roethlisberger's podcast and break it all down once and for all.
