Training camp for the Pittsburgh Steelers and the other 31 NFL teams is in full swing. Practices across the country have fans tasting the 2023 NFL season that is right around the corner. Some are in rebuilding modes, others are stuck in the middle while a select few are strong favorites to compete for a Super Bowl Championship. It's safe to say that the AFC North division could quite possibly be the best in all of football. All four teams, the Baltimore Ravens, Cincinnati Bengals, Cleveland Browns and Steelers have high hopes for the campaign with the Bengals being the top dog since 2021.

The majority of the 21st century in the division has belonged to the Steelers with the Ravens and Bengals not too far behind. After the AFC North was officially formed in 2002, Pittsburgh has nine division titles while Baltimore and Cincinnati have been crowned champions six times. It's not hard to forget about the fourth team. The Browns have not accomplished the feat once in the last 20 years.
Cleveland certainly has some things to be excited about with a strong defense led by Myles Garrett. The success for Kevin Stefanski's group may hinge on the offense. After quarterback, Deshaun Watson was suspended for the first 11 games of the 2022 season, he came back towards the end of the year, but the offensive unit was far from in sync.
It will be a tall task to get out of the basement of the division after an 8-9 finish in 2022. The three other teams they will be competing against, including the Steelers, have made upgrades while the Ravens finally solidified their quarterback situation after extending Lamar Jackson long-term. It doesn't help the Browns that they lack experience when it comes to securing a division championship.

Steelers AFC North Rival Has Pair Of Fights At Sunday Practice
Tensions run high during training camp. Players on both sides of the ball are excited to be back on the field competing for starting jobs. It's not a good sign, however, when your team can't even go a little over a week without a couple of fights breaking out in practice. The lack of discipline for the Browns was very apparent on Sunday after defensive end, Ogbo Okoronkwo slapped offensive lineman, James Hudson III after a play.

There was also another fight that broke out which led to offensive lineman, Tyrone Wheatley hobbling off the field according to Browns' beat writer, Mary Kay Cabot. The actions led to Stefanski treating his players like undisciplined high school athletes. He made the team run sprints at the end of practice as a punishment for the foolish behavior.
After practice, Stefanski spoke to the media and partially defended the players' getting into scrums on his football field. The apple doesn't fall far from the tree, one could say, if the head coach isn't terribly concerned.
"I don't think anybody's ever been around a bunch of football players in the heat that don't get a little agitated, if you will," Stefanski told reporters.
The Browns have yet to win a Super Bowl and discipline is a key part of the game. Cleveland was one of 11 franchises with over 100 penalties in 2022. If that trend continues, it won't be a fun season for fans of the organization.

The scene from Browns' camp in a bit of a ruckus should bring a grin to the faces of Steelers' fans. For the most part, Pittsburgh has dominated Cleveland throughout the 21st century and this is just another example of the organization in shambles. The fact that there were two fights on one day of camp and sprints required as a punishment is quite funny.
