The Pittsburgh Steelers are on the rise, and they're making sure the NFL takes notice. Following their impressive 16-10 road victory against the Cincinnati Bengals, the Steelers are gaining momentum on offense, and defensive standout Cam Heyward is leading the charge after earning his 79.5 career sack Sunday.

In the latest NFL power rankings by Eric Edholm, the Steelers made a significant leap, moving up four spots to claim the 9th position in Week 13. This upward trajectory indicates that the Steelers are a team to watch as they head into the crucial stages of the season.
Heyward's Warning Shot
During the game against the Bengals, Heyward made his presence felt with a critical sack in the fourth quarter. However, it was his words off the field that resonated even louder. Heyward issued a stern warning to the entire NFL, making it clear that the Steelers have a winning formula.

Speaking with Mike Florio of Pro Football Talk, Heyward had some choice words.
"We have a recipe that can work. We don’t know how we’re gonna get in there, but we’ve got to get in there. Once you get in the playoffs, all bets are off."
Heyward's confidence in the team's recipe for success is palpable. While the path to the playoffs may not be entirely clear, Heyward believes that with the offense finding its rhythm, the possibilities are endless, including a shot at the Super Bowl. As farfetched as that may sound, this Steelers defense is no joke. If this offense can turn yards into points, they may be a serious contender.

Steelers running back tandem of Jaylen Warren and Najee Harris post their third consecutive game of 150 yards rushing.
He highlighted the effectiveness of the Steelers' run game, acknowledging Najee Harris and Jaylen Warren as key contributors. The run game has emerged as a formidable force, complementing the team's newfound overall offensive strategy.
“You can’t hide from that offensive line, what they’re doing as a run game between Najee and Jaylen. I think it’s becoming a very strong run game and I just think we’re going on offense."
Over the past three weeks, the Steelers' rushing offense has been on a remarkable streak, averaging an impressive 176.6 yards per game on the ground. While they currently hold the 14th position in terms of rushing yards per game over the entire season, in the recent three-week span, the Steelers' run game has surged to the top, making them the most formidable rushing team in the NFL during this period.
Promising Outlook For Steelers
With a current record of 7-4 and optimistic playoff aspirations, the Steelers are in a favorable position. Their upcoming matchup at Acrisure Stadium against the Arizona Cardinals presents a winnable opportunity. Looking ahead, the Steelers' schedule appears favorable, with matchups against teams like the New England Patriots, Indianapolis Colts, Cincinnati Bengals, Seattle Seahawks, and Baltimore Ravens.
While sweeping division rivals is no easy feat, the Steelers are well-positioned to achieve it, especially with facing Jake Browning instead of Joe Burrow and enjoying home field advantage against the Bengals. The most challenging game on the horizon is their visit to Baltimore, where they'll take on the highly-ranked Ravens, currently sitting at 2nd in Edholm's NFL power rankings.

As Heyward emphasized, the remaining schedule offers a pathway to the playoffs, and once a team secures that ticket, the possibilities become endless. Steelers fans, who may have had doubts just a week ago, are now witnessing a rapid transformation. With the Steelers' offense on the upswing and a formidable run game, the team is poised to make a splash in the playoffs.
In the NFL, anything can happen, and the Steelers, under the veteran leadership of Heyward and their newfound recipe for offensive success, are ready to take on any challenge that comes their way. The path to the Super Bowl may not be straightforward, but as Heyward reminds us, once you're in the playoffs, "all bets are off."
