Diontae Johnson missed the first practice of the week for the 3rd straight week with his toe injury that he is battling. He has not been given a game designation and will suit up and start against the Philadelphia Eagles.

TJ Watt gave Steeler Nation a scare missing Wednesday’s practice with a knee.  Turns out he’s fine and will play on Sunday.

His brother Derek Watt is not faring as well. Derek and Marcus Allen missed every practice this week and both are ruled out for this week’s game.

Everyone else is healthy, and no one else is listed in the Pittsburgh Steelers’ injury report for this week’s game.

This is a link to our current spreadsheet. It will update on Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday after the practice reports are issued, as well as Post-Game and Tuesday after Coach Tomlin's press conferences. Bookmark it to see how the health of the Steelers are shaping up each week. Or click HERE.

This week I believe the inactive players will be:

  1. Josh Dobbs: Healthy scratch / 3rd QB
  2. Marcus Allen: Ruled out so he won’t play.
  3. Derek Watt: Ruled out so he won’t play.
  4. Derwin Gray: He sat out last game when the rest of the offensive line is healthy.
  5. Carlos Davis: This is a tough call. It will either be Davis or Zach Gentry. Since Gentry has played on special teams last year (though it was only two snaps and has also been active for 4 games), there is a chance for him to help with Derek Watt missing the game.

Who do you think will be inactive for the Steelers this week? Let us know in the comments below.
