Roster moves have been in the works for the Pittsburgh Steelers all week as another practice squad transaction has been made. Earlier today, outside linebacker, Sutton Smith was released as running back, Darrin Hall was re-signed back to the team. An interesting move for the team as Smith was just recently signed on Wednesday as Hall was released to create a spot for him.
This move could mean that running back, James Conner, or running back, Trey Edmunds, may not be in the physical condition to fully practice the rest of the week. Conner is out with a shoulder injury and Edmunds is out with a rib injury.
Prior to practice on Wednesday, Conner was listed as a limited practice participant on the injury report as Edmunds was listed as not practicing at all.
As the week goes on we'll see how injuries play out and what effects they have on the practice squads. Be on stand by, Steeler Nation.
