Tuesday morning, NFL Network's Ian Rapoport reported that ESPN commentator and former Pitt Panther All-American, Louis Riddick will be interviewing for the Pittsburgh Steelers' General Manager position:
The #Steelers are scheduled to interview ESPN commentator Louis Riddick for their vacant GM job, sources say. He last worked in the NFL as the #Eagles Director of Pro Personnel in 2013.

Riddick, who currently does the Monday Night Football broadcast alongside Brian Griese and Steve Levy, previously said on a SteelerNation Podcast interview earlier last year that Pittsburgh was one of the jobs he would consider leaving television for to do. As mentioned in the tweet above, Riddick last worked in the NFL as the Director of Pro Personnel in 2013 for the Philadelphia Eagles.
This is great and exciting news as Riddick would be the perfect fit in the Steel City once current GM Kevin Colbert finally steps down.
We wish you luck, Louis! And we will keep yinz posted as news about the Steelers' GM position continues to unfold.
