The Pittsburgh Steelers, Steeler Nation, and the world as a whole lost a shining star when quarterback Dwayne Haskins was tragically killed in the early morning of April 9. Haskins was of course struck and killed by a dump truck as he was attempting to cross I-95 in Florida in the wee hours.

The Steelers called a press conference on Tuesday afternoon for a special announcement, and some believed that the team was going to make an announcement of how they were going to honor Haskins this year. But that announcement didn't come, instead the Steelers announced the retirement of Franco Harris' number 32. But this morning the team made a surprise announcement.
According to team spokesman Burt Lauten the team will wear a special #3 decal on the back of their helmets all season.
