The Pittsburgh Steelers are dealing with a number of injuries at the moment, most specifically in the secondary. Edge rusher TJ Watt remains out, as rumors have circulated about him suffering a potential setback. That's not great news for a team that desperately needs him back in the lineup as soon as possible. Despite the Week 4 loss to the New York Jets being at home at Acrisure Stadium, Watt wasn't spotted anywhere on the sidelines.

Cornerback Cam Sutton seems like he will be ready to go this weekend against the Buffalo Bills, according to 93.7 The Fan. That's despite him dealing with injuries to his groin and hamstring.

Brian Batko of the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette provided the initial update on the injury report. Sutton is listed as questionable for the weekend, although as mentioned before, he seems likely to play after his comments. If you notice, Minkah Fitzpatrick's name is nowhere to be found. That's a good thing, as he's been dealing with a knee injury after he was in concussion protocol a week ago.
Steelers injury report is out: Cam Sutton and Terrell Edmunds are listed as questionable, but Sutton talked today after practice and said he'll be good to go. Edmunds is in concussion protocol.

No one else has an injury designation other than Ahkello Witherspoon (out).
Fitzpatrick's presence will be huge as the defense tries to slow down Josh Allen and that high-octane Bills offense. Terrell Edmunds' status is up in the air, as he is in concussion protocol. He left the Week 4 game with a concussion and was unable to return to action. The secondary missed his presence, as the Jets tore them up in the fourth quarter for two touchdown drives.

Other than that, Akhello Witherspoon is out for Week 5, which was reported on Thursday. That means it will be Sutton and Levi Wallace on the outside again, while Arthur Maulet steps up in the lost. If Edmunds is unable to go, Tre Norwood will once again see extended action. The safety saw plenty of action in 2021 as a rookie, so he would be ready to step in.
