Recently acquired defensive tackle Montravius Adams was placed on the Reserve/COVID-19 list Wednesday afternoon by the Pittsburgh Steelers.
Adams was signed off of the New Orleans Saints practice squad a few weeks ago by the Steelers, and has performed well across the previous two weeks operating as the teams primary nose tackle.

It is very unlikely Adams will clear the necessary protocols by Saturday afternoon in order to play against the Tennessee Titans, assuming he didn't have a false positive test.
Luckily for the Steelers, both Carlos Davis and Isaiah Buggs were full participants in practice this week according to the team's practice report. Buggs hasn't played in the last three weeks while Davis hasn't taken a snap since week 1, but getting those two back could definitely help handle the loss of Adams.
