Matthews asked Harris if he's a guy that likes to talk when contact starts:

"I'm not a talker. I just do. You know I mean, I don't talk that much. Maybe after, on the sidelines, but nah. Whenever, I'm in the mode, man, I just want to dominate my opponent. And then after that, I just see on their eyes that they already lost."

"Are you a goal setter, do you ever sit down and just go through goals you want for this second season?"

"I'd be lying if I said I don't set personal goals, but when I went to this team, and I see how much stuff we've got to work on as a team. Then, my personal goals start being more as team goals. Win more games, it's hard to win games in the NFL. And then every game counts. Especially, I learned that last year, too. So I have personal goals, I want to achieve a lot of stuff. Rush for 2k, you know what I mean. You want to have goals receptions wise too, you want to have a certain amount of receptions and yards. But the main thing is we need to win games. And when we win games, then you reach your personal goals, if you reach the team goals. Because if everybody is winning, then you're winning individually, too. So, man, this year, I think it's more team, goals, just win games."

Matthews asked Harris to name someone who is standing out to him in the running back room this year.

"Yeah, it's early now, but everybody in there looking good. From Ant [Anthony McFarland], Derek [Watt], Benny [Snell]all those guys. Trey [Edmunds], Jaylen [Warren], Mataeo [Durant]everybody's looking good. We've got two young guys in there, their finding their way. But I think Benny and Ant, and Derek, they're really looking good, too."

If the Steelers will lean on Harris in 2022 both on and off the field, they will go far. He's the new leader of this offense and his aim is set high!
