Over the weekend, the Pittsburgh Steelers signed newly acquired running back out of Monmouth, Pete Guerriero. Guerriero is a former track and field star and went undrafted in the NFL in 2020 before spending time with the New York Jets.

Guerriero finished his football career at Monmouth as the second leading rusher in school history (3,974 yards), and was named FCS Running Back of the Year in 2019. He'll look to fight for a roster spot with the Steelers in an already crowded running back room.
