It's a well known fact across the NFL and in Pittsburgh that the Steelers are a first class organization. That fact was again reaffirmed by the help they gave former receiver Ryan Switzer and his family recently.
Switzer shared on social media a chain of events with his infant son that resulted in his son being admitted to the hospital. His son had internal bleeding, but doctors were stumped on what was causing the issue. After a second trip to the hospital led to no answers, the Switzer's decided to take their case to Boston.

With a need to get there quickly, Steelers minority owner Thomas Tull stepped in. Tull set the Switzer's up on his private jet and flew them to Boston.
While in Boston, the Switzer family was given good news after a series of tests. The doctors believed they had figured out the issue. After a surgical procedure they believe they fixed the little guy up.
Switzer sent out a heartfelt message on IG.

I’m so grateful to be this little dude’s dad. Words don’t do it justice. pic.twitter.com/NGFcSg71H7
