Steelers Week 3 Inactives For Huge Divisional Matchup Against The Browns

author image

The Pittsburgh Steelers traveled on a short week and will take on the Cleveland Browns in a critical divisional matchup on Thursday night. The team is 1-1 after losing a close game, 17-14 to the New England Patriots on Sunday afternoon. While the organization has a 53-man roster, not every player will suit up for game day. Pittsburgh can dress 48 guys each week (if eight offensive lineman are active), but the list is the same as a few days ago and six guys won't dress.

There is no need for much analysis as the players listed below were inactive for the first two games (and Anenih last Sunday) of the regular season. Without major any injuries to the 53-man roster in Week 2, these six guys will remain in street clothes for the matchup against the Browns. It will take extremely poor play from the guys in front of them or a longterm injury to affect their game day status.
