After narrowly missing out on the Defensive Player of the Year award in 2019, TJ Watt wins the 101 Awards: AFC Defensive Player for the 2020 season.
Watt led the NFL in tackles for loss (23), quarterback hits (40), and sacks (15), while being named the Pittsburgh Steelers' MVP for the second straight year.
Hopefully this is a good indicator for TJ's chances to win the Defensive Player of the Year this year as well. He has a long way to go to catch up with his brother JJ Watt who as won 4 of them with the Houston Texans.
Congratulations to @_TJWatt for being named the 101 Awards AFC Defensive Player of the Year! ????
