The Pittsburgh Steelers receivered some very good news this afternoon in regards to linebacker TJ Watt. Watt was injured in the Steelers tie with Detroit on Sunday at Heinz Field.
It was originally thought that Watt would be lost for at least this week, but reports now indicate he at least has a chance to play on Sunday night against the Las Angeles Chargers.
MRIs on TJ Watt’s knee and hip came back negative today but he still is sore, per sources. It is uncertain how much, if any, time Watt will miss. But all things considered, it’s a positive result today for Watt and the Steelers.

Practice will tell the tale for Watt this week as Mike Tomlin always says, but at the very least he will hopefully only he out one game.
The Steelers weren't as lucky with guard Kevin Dotson who is likely out for a couple weeks with a high ankle sprain.
