The Pittsburgh Steelers will have 10 home games in 2022, including the preseason. Each year, the organization has a theme for each game in Pittsburgh every year. It begins with the first preseason game against the Seattle Seahawks. The full summary of themed games is listed below.

Preseason Week 1
The first week of the preseason will be called a Homecoming game. The Steelers will have a number of franchise legends to Heinz Field to kick off the preseason. Could we see Ben Roethlisberger in the house as a newly retired future Hall of Famer?
Preseason Week 3
The final game of the preseason will be devoted to youth football and celebrating the younger generation. The night is for both youth and high school football players in the Pittsburgh area.
Week 2
This is a pretty basic theme, but it's opening weekend for the Steelers in Pittsburgh. Taking on the New England Patriots, the organization is calling it "Kickoff Weekend" in order to welcome fans back for the 2022 season.
Week 4
The Steelers will take on the New York Jets for their second home game of the season. Just as many levels of sports have, an "Alumni Weekend" will be held for all past players to come back and soak in the weekend and game day festivities all over again as they had during their careers in Pittsburgh.

Week 6
Tom Brady will return to Pittsburgh for what is likely to be one last time. This won't be a special weekend because of that, but rather, the "Crucial Catch: Intercept Cancer" game that happens each year because of the NFL's partnership with the American Cancer Society. Apparel from players, coaches, staff and fans will all show support to those struggling with cancer.
Week 10
After almost a month without playing at home, the Steelers will honor the 2022 Hall of Fame class at halftime while the team takes on the New Orleans Saints.
Week 11
Mike Tomlin's team will have back to back home games for the first time all year and will host a 'Salute to Service" game honoring all the men and women who are part of America's armed forces.
Week 14
The Baltimore Ravens will come to Pittsburgh for their annual trip and all players will speak up for what they believe in with the "My Cause, My Cleats" initiative. All Steelers fans remember when T.J. Watt honored retired linebacker, Ryan Shazier back in 2017.

Week 16
As the regular season almost comes to an end and the team hosts their second to last regular season home game against the Las Vegas Raiders, the organization will celebrate one of the most memorable plays in Steelers history. The 50th anniversary of the Immaculate Reception occurs just a day before these two teams face off on Christmas Eve. The team will celebrate the anniversary of Franco Harris' unlikely catch.
Week 18
The last home game of the regular season will show appreciation and thanks to the fans for supporting the team throughout the year. Steelers fans everywhere hope that this will not be the last home game of the 2022-23 season as at least one home playoff game is desired in the quest for a seventh Lombardi Trophy.
