Pittsburgh Steelers long-time scout and trailblazer Bill Nunn was finally selected to the Pro Football Hall of Fame during the 2021 selection ceremony. The NFL announced today that they will be holding a special ceremony virtually on Saturday, May 1st following the commencement of the NFL Draft. The nine deceased members of the 2020 and 2021 class will be honored in what the league is calling the "Hall of Famer Forever: Enshrinement Ceremony".

Nunn, who revamped how the Steelers and NFL scouted African American college prospects, helped to create the dynasty of the 1970's that eventually went on to win 4 Super Bowls. Nunn's bronzed bust will be unveiled on the show on NFL Network and his family will place it on display in the Hall of Fame Gallery for all to see. The nine enshrinees will also be honored this summer during the larger ceremony on August 8th.
