Another classic, gritty, low-scoring game between the Pittsburgh Steelers and the division rival, Baltimore Ravens, but did you expect anything less?
Although slim, both teams had playoff chances entering the game, but that started with a victory first and foremost on Sunday. For the Steelers, they needed a win over Baltimore, the Jacksonville Jaguars to upset the Indianapolis Colts, and the Los Angeles Chargers and the Las Vegas Raiders to NOT end in a tie:

As the rain came down at M&T Bank Stadium, it was tough for either team to score the ball on offense all day. Chris Boswell helped the Steelers get off to a 3-0 lead in the first quarter with a 28-yard field goal at the 6:08 mark, and an early defensive interception by safety Terrell Edmunds got the Steelers going early!

History would later be made in the first half as TJ Watt tied the NFL single-season sack record! Watt now shares this accolade with New York Giants legend, Michael Strahan with 22.5 sacks! Congrats, TJ!!!

After another Boswell field goal, two Justin Tucker field goals for the Ravens, and a 46-yard rushing touchdown by Latavius Murray, we would enter the fourth quarter 10-6, Ravens.
With momentum seemingly slipping away from the Steelers, cornerback Cam Sutton would make a HUGE interception early in the fourth quarter to give the Steelers another chance to regain the lead!

It would take until under three minutes to go in the game, but quarterback Ben Roethlisberger would finally find wide receiver Chase Claypool for the the go ahead score! The Steelers would take the lead 13-10 after the Boswell extra point was good.

After another Tucker field goal, the game would eventually head into overtime. The Ravens started with the ball, but the Steelers were able to stop them and get the ball back for a chance to win the game. The teams would stop each other one more time each before the Steelers got the ball back and drove down the field to put themselves in position for a game-winning field goal. That's not before they faced a 4th and 8 and decided to go for it:

By the time the game was finished, the Jaguars also took care of business against the Colts, giving the Steelers a shot at the playoffs! We wait for the result of the Chargers-Raiders game! What a win!
