The Pittsburgh Steelers have signed Calvin Austin III to a four year contract. The Steelers released this statement on the signing of Austin.

"Austin III played 49 career games at Memphis (2018-21). He caught 156 passes for 2541 yards (16.3 yards/reception) and 22 TDs. Austin III also returned 29 punts for 323 yards (11.1 yards/return), including 94-yard TD. He finished his career ranked second all-time in program history in receiving TDs, fourth in receiving yards and fifth in receptions. Austin III, who was named first-team All-ACC in both 2020 and 2021, led the Tigers with 74 catches for 1149 yards and eight TDs in '21. His 1149 receiving yards rank fifth on the program's single-season list, while his eight TDs tied for 11th."

All of the Steelers 2022 NFL draft class have come to terms with the Steelers on their rookie contracts except first round pick Kenny Pickett. Pickett is expected to sign his deal sometime this week.
